Companies that contract TDH Web Designs give these rights.

You give TDH Web Designs all rights to use your site or sites and logo’s in anyway we see fit as long as it benefits the good and betterment of your company. (Advertising, Links, Publication’s).

Logo's created for your web site or sites belong to you the said company.

Any company that designed or hosted or maintained web pages that we now maintain is bound by law NOT to alter, change, delete, and add content or any script from any pages.

The original designers of your web site or sites and logo's have NO LEGAL rights or OWNERSHIP of your site or sites or logos.

The original designers of your web site or sites and logo's will hold TDH Web Designs harmless.

You as the company agree that you have paid the original designers in full.

(This means you the company owns and hold any and all rights to your site or sites and logos to do with as you please).

You as the company agree that you OWN and have FULL LEGAL OWNERSHIP of your web site or sites and logo's.

If you have contracted TDH Web Designs to create, recreate, maintain your web site or sites you have agreed to give us Full access and USE of your site or sites and logo's.

TDH Web Designs has not and will not take any credit for any site or sites and logos created by someone else. (Web sites and logos can be redesigned)
